Make sure to look at each pickguard, everyone is different. When you order,
you will get what you see in the photo. Make sure to look at the measurement
guide, it will show where the pickguard will sit around a soundhole.
These pickguards are ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS!! These photos don't do these
pickguards justice, each is a truly premium piece! Made of solid rosewood with
real mother of pearl and abalone inlay and has been treated with teak oil to
protect the wood. Each pickguard is a bit different, wood grain pattern and
color of the wood, abalone, and mother of pearl, each piece is unique as we
are. The entire pickguard is outlined in abalone, a true work of art!

Measurements
- 6 1/8" tall
- 4 7/8" wide (widest points)
- 1 7/8" from the bottom of the soundhole to the bottom of the pickguard
(fitment for the bottom of the soundhole to the bridge area).
- 5" diameter; these will fit most full-size guitars with a 4" soundhole and a
rosette up to 5". Anything under or over 5" will sit in or on, or around the
rosette. Fitment is a matter of preference.
- 1.5mm thickness; these are premium pickguards, so they are thin to not
affect the vibration of the guitar top. See the notes about thickness at the
bottom of the page.

NEW FREE MOUNTING SYSTEM - My custom-made pickguard can be modified to attach
to the guitar by what I call my "free mount" system. This mounting system keeps
up to 90% of the pickguard off the guitar's top. This frees the top allowing it
to vibrate even more than if you attached the pickguard using traditional
double stick tape. This makes installation and removal very easy. You can even
remove and reuse the pickguard! This new system uses a thin plastic sheet and a
new tape that doesn't leave any residue if removed. The plastic keeps the wood
stable, and flat and the tape keeps the pickguard off the top. This setup also
allows you to remove the pickguard if you choose. This has never been an option
for any acoustic guitar pickguard in the past, I am the proud creator of this
option!
I've made a video that will help explain and show you how these are
installed-https://youtu.be/vrTwTs0zqv4

Important Pickguard Information When looking to buy!

Make sure to pay attention to the thickness of the pickguard you are looking
at. I see many great pickguard designs, but many are very thick. Attaching
anything to the soundboard/top will affect its ability to vibrate/make a sound.
Every pickguard will affect the soundboard, but keep in mind, that more
material, by size and/or weight will affect the top and sound. For example, a
carved or epoxy pickguard for an acoustic guitar may look awesome, but are way
too thick and heavy, and will affect the vibration of your top soundboard,
muting it terribly.
