Copper Crackle Glitter over Teal and Brown Leather Guitar Strap

This unique guitar strap is made with a special finish cowhide that has a teal
blue base covered with copper glitter foil crackle finish, which does not over
power the teal suede.

The intensity of the copper shine will vary with the angle to the light & the
source--my images were taken with natural daylight and angle affected the
effective shadowing...

This special hide is glued and edge stitched with coordinating thread onto a
smooth matte finish brown cowhide that is very supple and strong, and is 5-6oz
thick (3/32"). I stitch around the front peg hole to ensure if any layer
separation starts due to the stress of fitting on & off the peg, it cannot
extend past the stitched area.

The brown leather, due to its natural source may show distress marks from life
experiences, as well as will age wonderfully due to oils within the hide, and
will likely darken and get smoother with use. Please note the actual shade may
vary a bit pending the hide I have available closest to what is pictured.

The main strap is hand cut to 2 1/2" wide and tapers slightly at either end,
and is about 42" long. I have softened the cut edges with a small bevel tool,
so there is a gentle transition from the top surface to the edge.

Eleven adjustment slots are cut about every 1", and the 1" wide adjustment
strap loops through the chosen slot and is woven through the other slots to
provide the desired length and fixes to the back pin on the guitar.

I cut the adjustment strap to about 22", so the overall length can be adjusted
from about 48" to 59" between the peg holes. But since I cut these myself, I
can easily modify the length or spacing to get the fit that works for you. This
leather will settle in with use, like all good leather does, but it will not
stretch out! But if you prefer another length or width, please message me--as
of June, 2022, I have enough stock of this to accommodate customization
requests!

The holes for the front peg is punched at 5/16", and rear tab is 3/8". Each
end has a small slit that ends with a small hole for a "keyhole" effect to
prevent tears and to make the strap easy to install & remove. The hole and can
accommodate most pegs, but remains securely in place. If you have a specific
peg size you need to fit, please let me know.

(Please note that each strap may vary slightly as this one pictured due to the
unique finish of the hide--no two can be exactly alike).

The design means the strap is only leather, and there is no metal or plastic
hardware that could annoy you while you're playing, or your knock into you
instrument while it's being moved or stored.

This strap has the logo for my guitar strap specific brand, Acoustic Needle,
laser etched on the adjustment strap and may be the back side of the main strap
or ink stamped with my shop name.

I can also provide black leather "laces" if you prefer to tie the strap to the
neck of the guitar, rather than using a front peg. There is no extra charge for
these when you order the strap, but please note in the order you want it
included.
