HOW TO SEND YOUR PHOTO:
* Once you made your purchase, send the photo(s) through Etsy messages at the
bottom of your text area says "Attach Image."
* Please send EPS, JPG, PNG TIF, or AI Format
* Please note: photos sent blurry or low resolution will print blurry and low
resolution so please make sure they are high resolution for clear/best quality.
* We DO NOT print copyright protected or licensed material - only your own
photos

PRODUCTION OF YOUR PICK AND SHIPPING INFORMATION:
Once the order is placed and I have received your image, I will send a digital
artwork proof for approval. If there are multiple revisions to the digital
artwork proof, we will charge $3 additional or we will send you a link by our
own website where it takes you to our digital designer and you can customize
the pick on screen - if you design through the designer we will print exactly
what you designed. Once approved by you, we will schedule into production.
Production can take up to 2 weeks (excluding shipping) to manufacture and
customize your picks. However we normally send out sooner but this is our
standard production time. Once finished your picks will ship in an envelope via
USPS, once it's ready to go I will send you your tracking number.

PLEASE NOTE: The shape of the guitar pick will crop out portions of the photo.
Please take note of the shape of your subject compared to the shape of the
guitar pick. If you have certain people or objects that you want on the pick,
you must provide us with a photo where they fit within the center of the shape.
It is best to not submit cropped photos. Photos may print to the pick darker
than the original, this is not a defect - it is due to our printing process to
the material.

** I do not edit any photos submitted, just place them on the pick for best
placement so please provide a light or bright colored photo with
high-resolution for best results - no refunds are provided due to cropped,
dark/blurry photos. The guitar pick is small and group photos/large photos will
appear very tiny.
